3.) Upload the files to your account via FTP, using the FTP login details found in your welcome e-mail. Just overwrite or delete this page (index.htm) and styles.css.

4.) Tell all your friends about your new website, promote it, and upgrade if necessary.

Don't forget - to access your cPanel, just go to yourdomain.com/cpanel. You can also access your billing area by logging in here.
